School Nurse Team

Here at Brooklands we are are supported by the School Nursing Special Needs Team via Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust who support health needs in school.

We also have the Children's Learning Disability Team in Craven. They are able to help across settings to develop strategies to improve behaviour and health outcomes.

How to get in touch with the Children's Learning Disability Team

We are a community learning disability team.

This means we can support the Child and Family at home and across other services such as school, respite, and when accessing health services.

We can provide advice and support around lots of subjects and accept referrals from parents/carers, health professionals, children’s social care, and school staff.
