Brooklands School

Nurture and Mental Health

At Brooklands we are committed to the wellbeing of our pupils.  We have a nurture team in school. This is made up of members of staff within each class being available to take pupils on a 1:1 basis if and when they need nurture input.

It’s worked incredibly well in classes since its introduction across school.

Here are the staff members in each class that are available to our students for nurture time this academic year:

  • Acorns -  Courteney
  • Palm - Suzanne
  • Ash - Livvy
  • Maple - Bev
  • Oak - Steph
  • Chestnut - Cheryl
  • Acer - Sobia
  • Hazel -Lyn and Katie
  • Pear - Caroline and Angela
  • Birch - Rachel
  • Branching out - Ellie
  • Roots -Matt and Michelle
